Please note that the warranty does not cover any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us or sending a replacement to you. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance for your protection.

2. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who directly bought the lighting from Bason Lighting. If the lighting is resold, the responsibility for warranty coverage falls on the re-seller.

3. Bason Lighting will not be responsible for any damage resulting from the user's failure to use the product according to the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions, or if they modify the function settings of the unit without Bason Lighting's prior consent.
